The restoration was led by Amy and Amrit Gill. The multi-million dollar renovation of the hotel prompted for a new name which is now the Saint-Louis Hotel. The Marriott Autograph Collection operates the historical building among other branches under the brand.

The Saint-Louis Hotels is a tribute to the original founder of the iconic building.
