The year was a critical time to start this kind of accommodation business but the team managed to plant good seeds in their 14 rooms in Arusha. Over the years, the rooms multiplied and became 354. This brand now has 23 properties in Tanzania Mainland, Kenya, Morocco, and Zimbabwe. Moivaro is all about the close-to-nature accommodations with locations like safaris, lakes, and other natural reserves. The team has secured these strategic locations successfully, making them a household name for tourists who want to experience the African suburban, beach, urban, and camping life.

Contrary to what most may think, Moivaro still has urban stays although they are not as much as the rest of their accommodation types. All of these lodges also have restaurant and bar services no matter how remote. The company knows that although the secluded life has its peace to boast, it’s hard to live without basic necessities that make a vacation a real one.
