Creel, Mexico is a town in Bocoyna, Chihuahua inhabited mostly by the raramuri ethnic group of Native Americans. It is the second biggest town in the municipality. It was founded as “Estacion Creel” in 1907.

With a subtropical highland climate, the best time to visit Creel is during the months of November through March. The busiest months are usually January, May, and June. Tourists are least likely to visit in December.
