The Norwegian company is solely owned by PetterStordalen through Strawberry Hospitality Group. Under his management, the hotel chain developed over 190 hotels in Scandinavia and the Baltics. Before the Strawberry Group took over the Nordic Choice Hotels, it was listed at the Oslo stock exchange in 1997 for its good performance. It was only in 2005 that the group, Stordalen’s group, Home Invest, purchased 100% of the stock.
