Staybridge Suites is part of the IHG of InterContinental Hotels Group. What makes Staybridge Suites different from their other brands is that they provide guests a one-of-a-kind experience – an experience to break from the usual travel custom. At present, Staybridge Suites has more than 200 hotels located strategically in the United States, South America, Canada, Europe and Mexico.
As an all-suite and residential style brand of hotel, Staybridge Suites target business and extended stay travelers. Their very first hotel opened in 1998 at Alpharetta, Georgia and just 6 years after they have built 75 hotels. Their first extended stay hotel outside Europe was the 132-suite Staybridge Suites in Liverpool that was opened to public in June 2008.
Being passionate with what they do, Staybridge Suites had garnered numerous awards. They had received the highest rank under the extended stay segment in August 2009 after the 2009 Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study. In July 2009, Market Metrix, LLC had awarded Staybridge Suites the Best in Customer Satisfaction for providing superior customer satisfaction. In the 2011 United States Hotel Chain Survey, the Business Travel News had rated them the top upscale extended-stay brand.
