The Towerlands Equestrian Center was a famed Essex show center in Braintree, England, UK. As part of the Towerlands Park, it was razed to the ground in 2011 and thus, no longer exists. The equestrian center gained fame in the 1980s when noted rider Malcolm Pyrah and his horse Towerlands Anglezarke successfully competed and it was the horse’s owner, Tom Hunnable who built the center. The Towerland Equestrian Center used to serve as home of the Osborne Refrigerators British Driving Society National Championships for four years and even hosted British Showjumping competitions as well as other showjumping and dressage competitions.
