A 27-floor office building, which is 121 meters high, is the One World Trade Center. It is located in the city of Long Beach, California, and is considered the tallest building in the city. The building opened its doors to the masses in 1989, showcasing not just its magnificent interior but as well as the exterior.  It offers spectacular views of the ocean and the city from its many suites. The building has a U.S. post office and a 2-story retail plaza. Many parts of the building underwent some significant renovations to go with the trend of today. The upgrades include a refurbished outdoor courtyard, with new landscaped, seating, artwork, and shade structure, a refashioned lobby, a tenant recreation room with an indoor seating area, and a recreational activities area.
